I’m here to walk with you on this journey.

Our Client's Stories

At 15 years old, it seemed like she was doing great. She did well in school, was involved in extracurricular activities, and had friends. But she couldn’t help but feel inadequate. When she looked at social media, it seemed like everyone her age was so much happier, prettier, more popular, and better than her. She’d tried therapy in the past, but it didn’t help. Things felt hopeless.

Amelia

Felt unhappy

Growing up in an abusive home, she vowed that she’d never live that way again. When she got old enough, she moved out, married Chad, and they had a baby together. Things were fine for a while, but soon Chad grew more controlling. He struggled at work and took his anger out on Judy and the child. She knew she couldn’t stay in this hostile situation, but was unsure how to get out.

Judy

Felt trapped

His anxiety escalated once he was in high school. He felt immobilized with fear most of the time. When he heard about all the violence and hate that is going on in our world today, he worried that something would happen to him, his friends, or his family.

Greg
